SHIPPING POLICIES
At present, we provide standard shipping exclusively within the United States. Here’s a breakdown of our delivery and processing times during the regular season:
Delivery Timeframe:
Standard Shipping: Typically takes between 8-12 business days, excluding the time taken for processing.
Processing Time:
In-stock items: Usually processed within 1-2 business days.
Customized items: Processing takes around 3-5 business days.
Special Customized items: These require approximately 8-10 business days for processing.
We’d like to remind our valued customers that the provided timelines are only estimates. Actual delivery times may fluctuate throughout the year. For a more precise estimated time of arrival for your order, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team.
Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or YunExpress. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery through the carrier.
(*) Business days: exclude weekends and public holidays. If you have a specific and tight desired delivery date, we recommend reaching out to us before making your purchase.
Customized products are made-to-order.
Please note that all customized products are custom-made specifically for you. Once you place an custom order, our production process begins, and we create your item according to your specifications. As a result, there is a production time associated with each order.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if you order an item, it will require 3-5 business days of processing/production time and 7-15 business days of shipping time (Standard Shipping). Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 9-18 business days.
* Please note that shipping times do not include weekends and holidays.
Delivery Time Exceeded During Peak Season
Shipping may experience delays during peak season. If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at [email protected], and we will promptly investigate the situation with the shipping company. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
For changing or canceling the orders, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected], providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made. Please note that change or cancellation of your order may not be accepted in certain cases.
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 04 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) after placing the order. After that timeframe, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
